1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, portal and reporting services provided by Radisphere ("Radisphere", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, registering for an account, or submitting a case for reporting, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Service description

Radisphere provides teleradiology and diagnostic reporting services, including X-Ray, ECG & TMT, CT, PFT, EEG, NCV and USG reporting, connecting diagnostic centres, hospitals and clinics with a network of qualified radiologists and specialist reviewers.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by registered diagnostic centres, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare entities, and by qualified medical professionals. By registering, you represent that you are authorized to submit patient case data on behalf of your organization and hold any licenses required to operate a diagnostic facility.

4. User obligations

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of case data and images submitted for reporting.
• You are responsible for obtaining valid patient consent before submitting patient data for teleradiology reporting.
• You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party.
• You will keep your portal login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

5. Reporting process

Cases are reviewed and reported on by qualified, credentialed radiologists or specialists appropriate to the modality submitted. Reports are subject to an internal quality review before being digitally signed and delivered. Stated turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on case complexity, volume, connectivity and other factors outside our control; they are not a guaranteed service-level commitment unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Payment terms

Fees for reporting services are payable as per the pricing agreed at onboarding or as published on the website from time to time.

7. Intellectual property

The Radisphere name, logo, website content, software and platform design are the property of Radisphere and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission. Reports generated for a submitting centre may be used by that centre and the treating physician for the purpose of patient care.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radisphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to service interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party hosting failures, or force majeure events. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any patient data, business information, and platform details shared in the course of using the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the Services (see our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team; outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
